At Nati Tati Media, every item is crafted with care and intention & I want you to love every item you lay your hands on. Unfortunately, things happen but luckily we understand that.
So, please carefully review my Shipping & Exchange Policy below before ordering.
Currently, shipping is only available within the United States.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
I will happily replace any orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Replacements for custom made products may take additional time, if the item is not in stock or is made to order. In the event the product(s) need to be remade, they will be reordered once reimbursement from the shipping carrier is received.
Processing Times
Digital Downloads: Digital products are delivered immediately after purchasing. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to download your content directly to your device. Downloads links are available for 30 days upon purchasing.
Physical Items:
Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before your package ships. Processing times may vary slightly during peak season or holidays.
Processing typically takes 3-10 days after processing, depending on the postal services, your location from the shipping facility, or other factors.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package does not reach you because of an incorrect or incomplete address, due to the nature of the content I will not be able to replace the item.
To avoid this issue, double check your information before checking out.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed within 1-2 business days.
Exchange Policy
While all product sales are final, I will correct any mistakes originating from Nati Tati Media. If you receive a damaged, defective, or corrupted product, file a claim within 7 days of your purchase.
If accepted, I will exchange digital media immediately at no cost to you. Physical products that need to be remade, will be reordered once I receive reimbursement from the shipping carrier.
Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the explicit nature of my products, all sales are final. To avoid duplicate purchases, review your order carefully before completing your transaction. While I do not offer refunds, I will gladly exchange qualifying products.
